Delivery Policy

Each Invisicube shelf is made to order with care and precision.

Production Time:


Please allow 7–14 business days for production before your order ships. Because every unit is built to order, we focus on quality over speed.

Shipping Method:


Orders ship via insured ground delivery and are carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival.

Tracking:


You will receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our workshop.

Delivery Time:


Transit time varies by location but typically ranges from 2–7 business days within the United States.

Local Pickup (If Available):


Local pickup or delivery may be available depending on your location. Contact us prior to ordering for details.

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can resolve it quickly.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Each Invisicube shelf is made to order specifically for you. Because of the custom production process and the nature of wall-mounted products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the item has been installed.

Before Installation

If you receive your shelf and have not installed it, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unmounted, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will repair, replace, or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each shelf is made to order, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After production begins, orders cannot be canceled.
